This version includes our BI module for the Windows application and updates to address the changes to the new Employment Equity report.
The Disciplinary module is being rewritten on the new platform which will enable plugin and reporting integration similar to the rest of our modules in the system. We’re investigating the use of notifications in the Disciplinary module.

This version includes UI upgrades to the Training Editors and a new Batch Updater for Training Records. The Certificate Editor has also been upgraded to the new UI framework.
This release also includes the first version of our new Asset Register module that will be available from the HR Manage Windows application. Workflow integration will come in version 6.3.4.
Version 6.3.1.4 Highlights

This version upgrades all of our 3rd party components to the latest version which in turns fixes an issue experienced on the Document Signing platform. We’re now also allowing integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Google OpenAuth2 for logging into HR Manage. We’re now also fully integrated with CognitoForms where a form can be completed on their platform that will in turn start a workflow in HR Manage. As usual, we also upgraded some of the screens in HR Manage to the our platform and created online help articles for them.

Version 6.3.0.10 Highlights
Released on 27 May 2025
This version upgrades a lot of the existing screens to the new UI framework and created online help for all the updated screens (press F1 on the screen). We’ve fully upgraded parts of the Job Profiling module like the Job Title and Position Editors which includes the addition of new fields and access to the custom fields functionality. Then we’ve also created deeper integration with our partner payrolls, enabling downloading payslips from within HR Manage.
